A "Quitclaim
Deed" will need to be completed and then filed in Polk County Florida
since this is an ownership and not a membership. The office can supply
the deed and also the form to submit to the deed office.
You are encouraged to do your own deed filing but it can be done by our
office for a fee of $100.00 - this covers Polk County registration fees
and our time and mileage. If you do your own deed filing, there is an
administrative fee of $50.00 to cover our office staff's time to update
records.
Make sure that the owner you are purchasing from has paid their
maintenance fees. If they are not paid, you will need to pay them before
you use the park. Our office staff can tell you if an account is paid up
to date.
Please also be sure to read our Park Rules to make sure you intend to
abide with them. Our Park Rules are posted here on the web site for you
to read before purchasing your deed.
Dog owners please note: Because of insurance company rules, no dogs
weighing more than 40 pounds and also no aggressive dogs (or aggressive
breeds) are allowed in the park. Older dogs before this rule went into
effect are "grandfathered" but no new dogs over 40 pounds will be
allowed.

Owners may post personal "for sale" notices, free of charge, on the
laundry room bulletin board
